Infinata has an opening for a full-time Customer Relations Manager (CRM) who has an interest in the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries. This person be working directly with our CRM team while establishing strong trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and maintain customer satisfaction. Requirements start first and foremost with excellent oral and written communication skills. Hands on working knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is also required. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
